Mustard sowing is under way along the Delhi-Jaipur edge. In the same weeks, women from self-help groups in Rajasthan are learning to fly agricultural drones.

The Namo Drone Didi scheme, announced by the Prime Minister on 15 August 2023, puts drones in the hands of women SHGs under DAY-NRLM. The Centre covers 80 per cent of the drone package, up to Rs.8 lakh. The balance can be borrowed under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund with a 3 per cent interest subvention. The package includes 15 days of pilot training at a DGCA-authorised remote pilot school. The national plan is 15,000 drones over 2023-24 to 2025-26, with an outlay of Rs.1261 crore. The Ministry of Rural Development says lead fertiliser companies placed 500 of those drones in 2023-24. Rajasthan received 19 of that first 500. A wider count of 1094 drones, including machines bought from company funds, put 40 in Rajasthan.

The job on the ground is a spray run. Liquid fertiliser or pesticide, a booking from a farmer, a woman at the controls and an assistant from the same group. The scheme’s own aim is an extra income of more than Rs.1 lakh a year from rental services. That figure is a target, not a payslip. Steady work depends on the season, the bookings and the distance a pilot is willing to travel.

Kotputli-Behror and the fields that run toward Neemrana sit inside that season. A drone didi on a mustard morning is already a technology job in a rural district. The same skill can be hired for something quieter than a spray. Tree counts. Water edges. A canopy check after a hot week. Those contracts do not yet exist on a public tender in this corridor. They are the next page.

Neemrana situates between a working industrial belt and the Aravalli edge. Factories already buy power, pump water and plant shade trees because the summer demands it. A green-tech university, or a research wing of an existing institution, would put those problems on a syllabus. Water harvesting measured after the monsoon. A nursery of native species that can survive a 39-degree week. Solar plots sized for a shed roof, not only for a desert park. Students from Alwar, Behror and the Japanese Zone would have a field site a short drive from class.

Panchayat polls will set village plans for the next five years. A campus conversation belongs in that window. Faculty at institutions along the corridor already teach environmental science and water engineering. A partnership would ask them to bring field work onto this stretch. RIICO’s land rules for educational institutions are the public path for a plot. Funding and a named university remain the promoter’s next conversation, not a signed memorandum.

The living-lab model is familiar elsewhere. A pond that is also a lesson. A nursery that is also a supply of saplings for industrial roads. A solar array that students meter and factories can copy. The development value is local expertise. The people who will manage this corridor’s water and green cover can be trained here, beside the plants that already run.

The green-tech university shall have Global GreenTech University hub the campus that serves as a melting pot of international technological expertise in the field of sustainability.

On 14 October 2025 RIICO issued an offer letter allotting 2,65,329 square metres, or 65.56 acres, in the Ghiloth industrial area to PMI Electro Mobility Solutions. ET Government put the land cost at about ₹208 crore and said the plot followed an e-auction tied to a Rising Rajasthan memorandum. The proposed investment was about ₹1,200 crore, with work for more than 500 people. A chief minister’s office briefing the same week called it Rajasthan’s first e-bus plant. Company-cited reporting added bus bodies, batteries, motors, wire harnesses and a spare-parts division, and a stated annual capacity of 33,000 vehicles, including 15,000 electric buses. The same ET note said operations would begin once clearances and construction were done. A later figure of 3,500 jobs at full scale was not in those October notices.

PMI’s bus business is real. In 2026 the company was reported as a large winner in the PM-eBus Sewa tender, with orders to run buses, not to roll them out of Ghiloth. A fleet contract and a factory gate are different events.

Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar Namo Bharat line is on the finance ministry’s desk. Here we bring you the update on the RRTS Namo Bharat Project Line.

NCRTC’s project pages, last updated on 30 September 2026, still list the Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar corridor among the lines being developed, at a tentative 196 kilometres and 22 main-line stations.

In late July the housing ministry sought approval for about 36 kilometres beyond Bawal, roughly 11 kilometres in Haryana and 25 kilometres in Rajasthan. Reports, including a statement from Gurugram MP Rao Inderjit Singh, described four stations on that stretch, a journey of about 24 minutes and an added cost of about Rs.8000 crore, taking a combined estimate toward Rs.43,000 crore.

Other reports said the Public Investment Board had cleared the proposal, based on a supplementary detailed project report NCRTC submitted on 9 May 2026, and that it had been forwarded for financial approval. The Delhi-Gurugram-Bawal stretch itself had earlier PIB clearance and was still waiting on the Union Cabinet.

A detailed project report describes it. PIB clearance is the investment-board recommendation. A letter to the finance ministry asks for expenditure approval. Cabinet sanction shall soon authorise the project. After that the tender will be invited by a contractor.

Briston Presents Mirai Hills As An Indo-Japanese Wellness

Briston Presents Mirai Hills As An Indo-Japanese Wellness

A proponent's vision — read against what the corridor actually has.

Briston presents Mirai Hills as an Indo-Japanese wellness address beside Neemrana’s Japanese Zone. Its site uses 1LDK and 3LDK labels, speaks of premium retail, and uses sales lines such as high ROI potential. Listing pages place the project on NH-48 and add a second Japanese zone and a Korean zone as neighbours. More than 260 residences, 30-plus retail destinations, 1-, 2- and 3-LDK formats, and a project in the planning and development stage, while other lines say RERA approved.

LDK is a Japanese floor-plan. It means one living-dining-kitchen room plus bedrooms. It has a Japanese kitchen, a shoe-removal genkan, a separated wet area, or a waste-sorting bay. Usable area, storage and acoustic privacy is what Japanese always want.

The residences shall be managed by five star managed residences company and Briston is in advance talks regarding that.
