Third plant (~JPY 10bn) tracks to Sep 2026 completion.
Read the full storyRIICO is auctioning undeveloped and semi-developed land in Bhiwadi this month, along with plots in Jaipur, Dausa, Kota, Bikaner, Rajsamand and Udaipur. EMD on the current round runs to 25 September 2026. Bidding is listed for 28 to 30 September. On the live portal, Bhiwadi Unit-II at Rabadka includes SPL-1, about 81,200 square metres of undeveloped land tagged as an integrated freight and logistics plot on a 33-year lease. Separate Bhiwadi Unit-I listings have included commercial and industrial parcels. Ghiloth has appeared in the wider 2026 auction set. An allotment notice is not a working shed. Undeveloped means roads and utilities are still a later file.
Bhiwadi and Neemrana sit on the same NCR-Rajasthan edge and are usually sold as rivals. The useful read is complementary load. Bhiwadi is the thicker, older industrial town, closer to Gurugram labour and to established vendor density. Neemrana holds the Japanese Zone identity, a highway milestone, SNB 2041 as a planning frame, and plants that already run motors and night shifts. A freight plot at Rabadka can serve both if the last mile is honest. It does not merge the two labour pools or the two power complaints.
A twin-market report would therefore split functions instead of picking a winner. Where a second-tier auto or HVAC vendor should sit if the OEM is in Neemrana. Where a 3PL or high-bay store should sit if the customer is in Bhiwadi. Which housing and ITI spoke actually feeds which gate. PM-SETU already names Neemrana ITI under a Bhiwadi hub. That is a training link on paper. It is not a shared bus.

Read the full storyRajasthan’s Chief Secretary told urban bodies, corporations and public sector units to adopt the Telecommunications Right of Way Rules 2024 by 30 September 2026. The instruction came at the 18th State Broadband Committee meeting in Jaipur, reported on 18 and 19 September. The same meeting said pending RoW applications up to 31 March 2026 had been cleared and that average disposal was about 32 days, with an order to keep it under 45. Officials tied leftover formalities, including a BharatNet addendum and common billing, to a Central special-assistance incentive of up to ₹150 crore for the state in FY 2026-27. That is a state reform file.
Why the file matters here is practical. Factories already buy remote maintenance, quality video, security cameras, inventory software and calls to Japan. Serviced rooms and any technology-district slide need the same pipe. RoW rules cut the time a telecom firm waits to cut a road or use a pole. Faster permission can mean more last-mile fibre. It does not, by itself, light a Japanese Zone hall.
A digital readiness map should therefore count what a plant can test on a Tuesday. Dual fibre or a single duct. Failover when one cut happens. Latency to Tokyo and Seoul. Indoor coverage for cameras and handheld scanners. Whether RIICO and the municipality have actually adopted the 30 September instruction and posted a local nodal officer. Whether any industrial plot offer includes a dated fibre annex, the way a serious buyer now wants a power annex.

The live deadline, explained.
Read the full storyRajasthan’s Chief Secretary has told city-gas companies to commission 60 new CNG stations by December in the current financial year. Patrika reported that instruction from a CGD meeting in mid-September 2026. The same file asks operators to push domestic piped gas where the network already exists, with a separate aim of 40,000 new household connections by 30 September. Rajasthan State Gas’s managing director has said 13 CGD entities are building networks across 17 geographical areas. An earlier September note said 23 of the 60 stations were already open. That is a statewide programme.
What gas would change here is ordinary and measurable. Factory canteens and hotel kitchens that now burn LPG. A corporate shuttle or a 3PL fleet that can refuel without a long detour. A commercial building that wants a PNG connection instead of cylinder traffic. Worker housing only if a licensed network actually reaches the block. None of those uses starts because Jaipur set a December number.
The readiness study is a map of existing pumps and authorised PNG clusters within a timed drive of the Japanese Zone and Ghiloth. Which CGD entity holds this geographical area. How many industrial or commercial connections are live. Whether any OEM has converted a kitchen or a light fleet and published the date. Safety and metering for a red-category process remain a separate consent. Piped gas is not a substitute for the 132 kV file or for tanker water.

Read the full storyRajasthan has a large tourism paper trail.Neemrana has to be put on Tourism MoU List, government should agree. An August 2025 investors’ dialogue, reported by BW Hotelier, put Rising Rajasthan tourism MoUs at about ₹1.37 lakh crore across more than 1,600 documents. Officials at that meeting said 29 MoU-backed projects were already operating and 213 projects, valued at ₹28,200 crore, had reached groundbreaking, with about 13,500 jobs counted. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma later repeated the 29 operational and 213 groundbreaking figures. A tourism commissioner interview spoke of 1,329 tourism MoUs and approved proposals near ₹1 lakh crore. Those are state-level claims. They do not name a Neemrana banquet hall or wedding resort.
Jaipur is where the branded pipeline is landing. Trade reporting in September 2026 described more than 40 large hotels planned in and around the Pink City, including a block along the Delhi-Jaipur highway, aimed at destination weddings and events. Large lawns and ballrooms are the product those projects advertise. Neemrana’s present hospitality stock is thinner. A fort-palace on the highway. Midscale and highway hotels on booking sites. That is a visitor stop and a business-stay strip. It is not a published inventory of wedding lawns, banquet capacity or conference halls.
A development path for banquets and weddings here would have to be written as a new file, not assumed from Jaipur’s count.
If future tourism MoUs are signed for this belt, the useful test is the same as for any other claim. Does the paper name Neemrana or Kotputli-Behror. Is it a concept, an approval or a ground-breaking. Does it add banquet and stay capacity that can be counted. Neemrana is next to a wedding corridor. It is not on that map. Watch Tourism Department lists and Rising Rajasthan grounding updates that mention this stretch by name.

Read the full storyBriston is described as a Japanese and Korean residential idea. But RRTS Namo Bharat is surely comig to SNB and in front of Briston project.
An airport Narnaul already sits about 15 kms away from Briston. Another Greenfield airport at Alwar shall also stay within 20 kms radius of the Project Briston. From Namo Bharat Rapid Rail network to four airports, New Delhi T3 where Namo Bharat shall take 40 minutes to reach Briston. And further Alwar, Narnaul and already Jaipur airport is also within 120 kms radius. Briston is one project which is going to add value to the investor. Therefore Neemrana Signal suggests this project.
Posted staff already move on this highway. Home to factory. Factory to a clinic. A school run if a family stays. A station or airport when a manager flies. Evening travel after a late audit. That stack fails when the last vehicle is a highway taxi with no roster and no invoice a Tokyo accounts team will pay. Electric shuttles, resident apps and curated driver networks are products that shall eventually house this industrial and tech city.
Score the town first. Which plants already run an executive or supervised crew bus. Whether a woman or a visiting engineer can wait in light after 10. How long the gate-to-airport run takes on a Tuesday versus a Friday. Whether a corporate travel desk can book a standing weekly car without a personal PAN fight. CNG and state pump targets shall also be here eventually.
What Neemrana needs urgently is the future mobility plan.

Rooms/rates snapshot for visiting teams.
Read the full storyJapanese and other global plants already reject a dirty carton and a late lot. They now add questions on kilowatt-hours, water, scrap, packaging weight and how the truck ran. That is a supply-chain habit spreading from headquarters.
What this belt can measure first is dull and local. A meter on the compressor, not a net-zero pledge. A tanker log and a process-water reuse note. A weighbridge ticket for metal and film. A carton spec that a QMS lead will sign. A trip record that shows diesel hours.

A proponent's vision — read against what the corridor actually has.
Read the full storyThe urban planning of The Emerald Valley is a masterclass in sustainable development. The city's layout is meticulously designed to create a perfect balance between technological advancement and environmental preservation. With 3,000 acres of total land, the development is phased to ensure controlled growth and optimal resource utilization.
The first phase encompasses 1,500 acres, strategically divided into zones for tech companies, residential areas, educational institutions, and recreational spaces. The remaining 1,500 acres are earmarked for future expansion and additional green spaces. True to our commitment to sustainability, for every 100 acres of development, 30 acres are dedicated to creating lush forest areas to maintain bio-diversity.
The establishment of Silicon Valley in Rajasthan is poised to revolutionize the state's economic landscape. This initiative is poised to generate billions of dollars in economic activity over the next decade. The ripple effect will extend far beyond its borders, elevating Rajasthan's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) to unprecedented levels.
With a targeted supply of 100,000 skilled professionals, the city will become a powerhouse of talent, attracting global tech giants and nurturing local startups. The state will see a significant boost in tax revenues, enabling investments in critical sectors like education, healthcare, and infrastructure across Rajasthan.

Real water/mobility item, separate from the pitch.
Read the full storyFactories already buy design. They just buy it late and from far away. A safety board that a night-shift hand understands. A machine interface that does not hide the stop. A carton that survives NH-48 and still looks like the part inside. A user manual that matches the unit that left the dock. A showroom corner for a visiting buyer. A digital folder a Tokyo engineer can open without a 40-megabyte wait. That work is industrial communication.
Neemrana’s manufacturing identity is Japanese plants, Indian-zone sheds and a quality habit that rejects a sloppy label. Korean speed, if it arrives, will want the same pack and the same screen. Local photographers, technical writers, signage shops and a small architecture desk can sell into that stack only if they accept the plant’s standard. Colour that survives dust.
This desk holds no 2026 roster of design studios clustered here. Treat a “studio network” as a proposal. The first jobs are gate boards, incoming-inspection tags, bilingual safety sheets and packaging dielines that a Japanese lead will trial. Heritage and weekend photography are a side market.
